Arrival & departure

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm; check-out is by 11:00 am.
Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may carry a charge.
A valid photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.

Rates & cancellation

Flexible bookings may be cancelled without charge until 24 hours before arrival.
Advance Saver bookings are prepaid and non-refundable.
No-shows and early departures are charged according to the selected rate plan.

At the hotel

The hotel is smoke-free; designated outdoor areas are available.
Children are welcome. Guests under 18 must stay with a parent or legal guardian.
Registered assistance animals are welcome; other pets are considered by prior arrangement.
